“Manatees & Mermaids” Honoring Mayor Justin Flippen. The mask, featured at the exhibition, is ethically manufactured and paints are non-toxic. Hand painted custom design of Vicki Rosenthal Art. The mount is a recycled water jug. Manatees are gentle giants that deserve protection, including reduced boat speeds, public acquisition of critical habitat, and public education.
